The Brookside Site Council is a group of parents and staff who work together to enrich our school's curriculum and environment. This group collaborates to develop and monitor the school’s Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and recommends its approval to the District. The School Site Council annually reviews the SPSA to assure that its budget and direction reflect the changing needs and priorities of the school. In addition, the Site Council provides a forum for on-going issues and concerns. The Brookside Site Council meets the third Tuesday every school month and is composed of six parents, four teachers, the principal and one classified employee. All meetings are open to the public.
